Custom branding
Your church’s name on every phone.
Voclyn puts your church’s name and logo on every listener’s phone, with your own link and QR code. On the Church and Campus plans, you can turn the “Powered by Voclyn” line off.
See it
Your church, on every phone.
Type your church’s name: it leads every phone’s page and the big screen, with your own QR code, before the service starts.
On every phone
When someone scans your QR code, the first thing they see is your church: its name in large type, your logo in a round arch above it, and the room’s name beneath. During the service your church’s name heads the page, above the captions.
Add the logo once, in Settings › Church. Upload an image (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, SVG or AVIF), or paste a link to one on your website. An upload is resized to 512 pixels at most, so a photo from a phone works too. Until there is a logo, the arch shows your church’s first letter. Settings shows how the logo looks on the dark page people use in church and on the light one for home.
Served from our address, not someone else's
Phones load your logo from Voclyn’s own address, voclyn.com/<your-link>/logo, never from your website or the image host it came from. The listener page promises no tracking, and a logo fetched from elsewhere would leave each listener’s address, device and arrival time in someone else’s logs. So our server fetches it, checks that it is an image, and serves it itself.
The page has no account, no cookies and no trackers, and it doesn’t use the phone’s microphone, camera or location.
Your link and QR code
Your church chooses its link when it signs up: voclyn.com/<your-link>, with your own word in place of <your-link>. The QR code is that link, so it stays the same every week, through the free month, a change of plan or a move to Free. Print it once.
For bulletins and group chats, each language has its own link that opens the page with that language already chosen, such as voclyn.com/<your-link>?l=es. Room pages ask search engines not to list them, so people reach yours from your QR code and the links you share.
The link changes only if you choose a new one in the room’s settings, and the settings warn you first: QR codes you have already printed would stop working.
A print kit with your name on it
Every room has a print kit, ready from the first day. Each piece carries your church’s name, the room’s QR code and link, and “Scan for live translation” in each of the room’s languages; our only mark on it is a small ember.
| Piece | Size | Scans from | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Poster | Letter portrait · A4 portrait | about 1 m | Doors, foyer, the end of each pew row |
| Table tent | Letter, folds in half · A4, folds to A5 | across the table | Fellowship hall, welcome desk |
| Pew cards | 85 × 55 mm, 8 to a sheet | 35 cm | Pew racks, bulletins, the usher’s pocket |
| Slide | 16:9 · 1920 × 1080 | the middle rows | Announcements, before the service |
“Powered by Voclyn”, plan by plan
| Plan | On the listener page |
|---|---|
| Free | “Powered by Voclyn” under the captions, always |
| Chapel | A smaller “Powered by Voclyn” line, always |
| Church | Your choice: a switch in each room’s settings shows or hides a small line |
| Campus | Your choice: a switch in each room’s settings shows or hides a small line |
The line is written in the listener’s own language, such as Con la tecnología de Voclyn. It helps other churches find us; on Church and Campus it is up to you.
Your own domain on Campus, so that the link carries your church’s address instead of ours, is coming next. Until then, every church’s link is on voclyn.com.
On the big screen
Before the service, the projector shows your church’s name and the room’s, “Scan for your language” in each of its languages, and a large QR code with your church’s first letter in its centre. The big screen carries no “Powered by” line, and it comes with the paid plans. Captions on the big screen.
A link for every room
The sanctuary, the fellowship hall, the youth room and a second congregation can each have a room of their own. Each room has its own name, link, QR code, languages and print kit, and its name appears under your church’s on the phone, on its print kit and on its big screen.
How many rooms can be live at the same time depends on the plan: 1 on Free and Chapel, 2 on Church and 5 on Campus. See the plans.
Questions
What churches ask.
Something else on your mind? Write to us at hello@voclyn.com.
Partly. Your church's name and logo lead the listener page, the link carries the word you chose, and on Church and Campus you can turn the "Powered by Voclyn" line off. The page's design and the voclyn.com address stay ours; your own domain on Campus is coming next.
Not yet. Your own domain is coming next on the Campus plan. Today every church's link is voclyn.com/ followed by the word it chose.
Because the listener page promises no tracking. Phones load the logo from Voclyn's own address, so your website and your image host never see who opened the page or when.
No. Your link and QR code stay the same through the free month, a change of plan or a move to Free. They change only if you choose a new link for the room, and the settings warn you first.
No. Each piece carries your church's name, the room's name for rooms other than the main one, the QR code and the link.
Yes. Add a room for it in Rooms: it gets its own name, link, QR code, languages and print kit. Rooms that can be live at the same time: 1 on Free and Chapel, 2 on Church and 5 on Campus.
Try it this Sunday.
Set up your church in a minute and hear it live with your own voice. Your QR code keeps working after the free month.
Your first month is on us: the Church plan, normally $99 a month, with unlimited listeners, translation hours and AI voiceover. No card; then choose a plan, or stay on Free.
